📋 Description

• Discuss technical topics related to semiconductor manufacturing • Identify and investigate new sales opportunities through on-site customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours • Understand customers’ needs, acting as an advisor and coordinating internal resources to offer suitable solutions • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers • Conduct presentations, lead technical and commercial discussions with prospects, and negotiate deals to successfully close contracts • Stay informed about market trends, analyze competition, and assess the positioning of the company's products within your territory • Propose action and improvement plans • Travel extensively (50 - 70%) within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Several years’ experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry is highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Physics or Chemistry or similar) minimum • Master’s Degree preferred • An additional Marketing or Business Degree would be a plus • A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills • The ability to positively influence purchasing decisions • A team spirit! You enjoy working as part of a team, especially in an international and cross-functional organization • A great ease using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • A valid driver’s license and passport • A major credit card for business travel.
