📋 Description

• Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for all assigned programs • Develop and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programs • Create powerful messaging that engages target audiences • Monitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordingly • Present program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders • Manage and mentor direct reports, including day-to-day leadership, regular performance communication, formal performance reviews, and onboarding and training for new hires • Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and deliver spend at or below budget • Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, enhance content development, and improve efficiency in performance analysis and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8 + years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement, preferably within a digital health, education, or media environment • Proven track record of developing and executing email campaigns and engagement and acquisition strategies that meet or exceed KPIs • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a small team, including performance management and onboarding • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering programs at or below budget • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to own multiple campaigns simultaneously; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency is a plus
