• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demos, proposals, closing. • Manage a clean and active pipeline in our CRM • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Work inbound leads as needed, but build your own pipeline via outbound • Expand accounts post-sale (farming / upsell opportunities) • Use tools like [HubSpot, Apollo, etc.] to manage outreach and follow-up • Provide feedback to founders on what’s working and what’s not
• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (any industry accepted) • Comfortable with cold outbound and high-volume activity • Proven ability to hit and exceed quota whilst self managing and having minimal guidance • Experience working deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range • You’re energetic, determined to win, and don’t wait around for leads • Strong communicator — you know how to qualify and close
