Their work targets practical systems and algorithms that make decentralized training competitive with centralized training while enabling new ownership and economic models.

📋 Description

• Coordinate the CEO's meetings, calls, dinners and hosted sessions with investors, partners, researchers and candidates • Book and manage travel for the CEO and team across Australia and the US, including conferences and team offsites • Support offsites, conference presence, the Tech Talks series and hosted dinners • Own event logistics lists and follow-through • Manage onboarding for new starters • Process equipment and tooling requests, expenses and invoices • Set up vendors • Format and polish documents • Maintain accurate and current records in Notion and Google Drive • Build systems and use AI tools daily to automate operational work • Work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff • Progress from coordination and administration to ownership of operational projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 5 years in an administrative, coordination, executive support or operations role • Experience within a funded startup environment at Seed, Series A or B stages, or within Venture Capital or Private Equity • Proven experience supporting an executive team and general operations • Proven experience coordinating events • Clear written English crafted by the candidate, not an LLM • Confidence in Google Workspace • Familiarity with Notion, Linear and Slack or Zulip, or ability to learn them within a week • Current use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar • Comfort working across multiple time zones, including some early or late calls to coordinate with the US • Exposure to AI, deep tech, research or crypto communities is advantageous • Experience supporting a founder or executive directly is advantageous • Event coordination experience across multiple countries is advantageous • Examples of using AI tools to automate part of personal workload are advantageous • Full working rights in Australia • Professional-level English proficiency, written and spoken
