📋 Description
• Support the full recruitment and selection process for candidates across different profiles and levels; • Screen resumes and contact candidates; • Schedule and conduct online interviews; • Support the recruiting team on high-volume openings; • Update spreadsheets, systems, and the talent database; • Assist in preparing monitoring reports for recruitment processes; • Ensure prompt, clear, and positive communication with candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection (internship, assistant, or junior analyst roles); • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously; • Comfortable with recruitment tools and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, ATS platforms); • Available to start immediately; • Must reside in São Paulo.
