• Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção (consultoria será diferencial) • Domínio de plataformas como Catho, Infojobs, Pandapé, etc. • Experiência com hunting no LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter será diferencial) • Boa comunicação, organização e visão analítica • Responsabilidade com prazos e entregas • Conhecimento em Testes Comportamentais DISC • Disponibilidade para trabalho remoto
