📋 Description
• Align candidate profile requirements with the hiring manager; • Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews; • Prepare and write interview assessment reports; • Client contact and management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources; • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in consulting firms; • Knowledge of main recruitment methods, including interview techniques; • Strong communication skills.
