📋 Description
• Conduct selection processes for positions at various levels and across different segments. • Define sourcing and hunting strategies. • Perform active sourcing for strategic and specialized roles. • Maintain and organize the talent pool. • Prepare reports, assessments and technical feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience with recruitment and selection (R&S); consulting/agency experience is a plus. • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.). • Skill in conducting competency-based interviews. • Strong communication, organizational skills and analytical mindset. • Active CNPJ for independent contracting. • Availability for remote work. • Laptop or computer in excellent working condition. • Mobile phone (corporate SIM will be provided). • Microsoft Office installed and functional. • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone and a professional work environment. • Degree in HR, Psychology or related fields. • Experience with strategic roles and high-volume hiring.
