• Integrate retirement planning and estate products into the existing advisory offering. • Support clients in creating personalized retirement and estate solutions. • Pass leads to PlusMinus50 or conduct the advisory process yourself. • Work with centrally prepared legal documents. • Provide clients with professionally accurate and thorough support on retirement and estate matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed insurance brokers, financial planners, or independent advisors operating in Switzerland. • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. • Ability to work independently. • Client focus, strong organizational skills, and commitment to quality. • Willingness to meaningfully expand the existing advisory offering. • Readiness to take on responsibility and pursue professional development. • Primary activity in German-speaking Switzerland, ideally near Lucerne/Schwyz.
