📋 Description

• Create, design, edit, and update agent-facing marketing materials, including product sheets, presentations, flyers, and sales collateral • Maintain product knowledge and incorporate rate changes, appetite updates, and product revisions • Develop materials that help independent agents communicate product value to homeowners • Manage collateral reviews, stakeholder feedback, approvals, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency • Maintain organized marketing libraries with version control and archiving • Serve as the marketing point of contact for field sales • Translate agent content needs into collateral and targeted campaigns • Collect and organize agent testimonials and proof points • Coordinate collateral requests and project timelines • Attend sales, product, and stakeholder meetings to document priorities and identify collateral needs • Provide project status, timeline, and blocker updates across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred, but not required • 3–5 years of marketing experience with direct exposure to the insurance industry required • Direct experience working with or marketing to independent agents required • Familiarity with property & casualty insurance products required • Background at a carrier, MGA, wholesaler, or insurtech serving the independent agent channel preferred • Strong written communication skills • Ability to translate complex product details into clear, agent-ready content • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Familiarity with legal review and compliance processes for insurance marketing materials • Familiarity with Salesforce or marketing automation platforms is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Proven experience working with US-based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English • Ability to work 8 hours excluding breaks, including 4 core US-hours overlap from 7:30pm–11:30pm IST and 4 flexible hours • Quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
