📋 Description

• Own the assembly of the monthly close package, consolidating inputs from multiple finance partners. • Build the accompanying slide deck for leadership review. • Load and validate financial data in SmartView (Oracle Hyperion) each close cycle. • Use AI tools to streamline recurring reporting, catch errors, and improve close deliverables. • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work in close and reporting. • Communicate close status, data issues, and timelines to finance stakeholders. • Flag risks early and support additional reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles involving reporting, reconciliation, or close support. • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for analysis, drafting, reconciliation, or process automation. • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems. • Experience with SmartView, Hyperion, or similar consolidation tools is a strong plus. • High attention to detail and accurate, dependable work under monthly deadlines. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently, flag issues proactively, and take ownership of recurring deliverables. • Proven experience working with US-based business teams. • Ability to work 8 hours excluding breaks, including 4 core US hours overlap from 7:30pm to 11:30pm IST and 4 flexible IST hours. • Quiet workspace and internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
