• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities • Host live product demos via screenshare to walk inspectors through workflows • Explain and demonstrate product features clearly and consultatively • Stay informed about industry trends and competing solutions • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in Salesforce • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations • Occasionally travel to industry conferences or events
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years as a quota-carrying sales representative • Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally to SMBs • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Salesforce • Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving problems for small business owners • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Self-starter with a track record of success in a remote work environment
