📋 Description

• Open internal and external tickets to handle requests from internal and external customers • Create user accounts for access to the CIEE Portal to identify contacts at educational institutions and companies via WhatsApp or telephone • Register students’ bank accounts and other required information • Verify young employees’ attendance and payment records • Clarify questions about deductions and scholarship allowance amounts • Open internal payroll (SPBA) and/or contract duplicate-copy tickets • Check available positions and guide students in searching for internship and apprenticeship opportunities, including selection processes and application methods • Provide information and guidance on public selection processes, applications, stages, and requirements • Respond to tickets from the Help Center, Talk to CIEE, and Reclame Aqui • Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Computer skills • Experience or knowledge in customer service involving students and/or partner companies • Strong verbal communication skills • Courtesy and professionalism • Proactive and adaptable approach • Telephone customer service skills • Quick thinking • Exclusive position for a person with a disability
