📋 Description

• Execute and monitor the management of company implementation processes in corporate systems • Ensure data integrity among clients, carriers, and Alper through cadastro reconciliations and audits • Process internal and external client requests using Alper’s tools • Ensure the efficiency, integrity, and continuous improvement of movement and cadastro processes • Perform critical analyses, propose solutions, and support management in decision-making • Receive process requests on a daily basis • Validate documentation and information before data entry • Monitor and correct inconsistencies in records • Enter supplementary information into systems • Perform cadastro checks according to schedules and requests • Ensure compliance with general terms and conditions and carrier and insurer requirements • Create and update procedure manuals • Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding data and cadastro records • Support the team in managing deadlines, workloads, and quality • Handle problems and critical issues while maintaining clear communication with the team • Conduct system training for employees and clients • Support leadership in implementing improvements, projects, and automations • Propose, analyze, and validate performance indicators • Develop and improve spreadsheets and management reports • Support the structuring of workflows and internal controls • Propose improvements and automations in partnership with IT and related departments • Support management in technical training and performance monitoring • Participate in and lead automation, integration, RPA, and API projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree • Experience in benefits management • Experience with spreadsheet automation and process improvement implementation is preferred • Advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, and Looker is preferred • Knowledge of EB Systems and Quiver Pró is preferred • Analytical skills and a systems perspective • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Organized and results-oriented
