📋 Description

• Monitor operational performance indicators; • Generate quantitative and qualitative reports, conducting analyses and creating effective action plans; • Present results; • Provide operational support across all areas; • Suggest improvements to resolve issues or optimize processes, and provide feedback to operations and the contracting client; • Sales Administration; • LAC contract support and management; • LAC commercial and management reports; • Price management; • FOC management; • Provide service and support to B2B customers and the Sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a higher education degree is a plus – Verification will be conducted through Pessoas Online; • Performance evaluation score of 100 or higher (Good Performer); • Meet the minimum time-in-role requirement established under policy NI-002; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is preferred, such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing functionality; • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken; • Dynamic profile, with a sense of urgency and ability to execute tasks efficiently; • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; • High level of professional commitment and accountability; • Organization and attention to detail; • Must not be an intern or apprentice; • Time to Talk rating of Good or above; • Meet the minimum tenure requirements for the company/current position applicable to the role.
