📋 Description

• Supervise field technical teams • Support operations for structured cabling, fiber-optic, rack assembly, and data center infrastructure projects • Develop technical offerings and proposals • Present and defend technical solutions to clients • Serve as a technical and leadership reference for operations and clients • Work with certification of copper and fiber-optic links • Support managed IT services operations, cloud solutions, and on-premises infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience supervising cabling and infrastructure teams • In-depth knowledge of ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC, and ABNT standards • Experience working at heights, including platforms, scaffolding, and ladders • Willingness to travel and provide service across multiple states • Mandatory Class B driver's license, with availability to drive for local travel and business trips • Technical diploma or equivalent technical training • 3–5 years of professional experience • Knowledge of structured cabling and IT infrastructure • Knowledge of fiber optics, fusion splicing, and OTDR equipment operation • Experience certifying copper and fiber-optic links • Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the industry
