📋 Description

• Monitor operational KPIs • Generate quantitative and qualitative reports, perform analyses, and develop effective action plans • Present results • Provide operational support across all areas • Suggest improvements to resolve issues, optimize processes, and provide feedback to the operation and the contracting client • Manage sales activities • Provide support and manage LAC contracts • Prepare LAC commercial and management reports • Manage pricing • Manage FOC • Serve and support B2B clients and the Sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old • Currently pursuing or have completed a higher education degree • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing functionality is preferred • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, both written and spoken • Dynamic profile, with a sense of urgency and the ability to execute tasks efficiently • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • High level of commitment and professional responsibility • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication • Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into practical actions • Solution-oriented profile, with a focus on continuous process improvement • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Strong focus on customer and employee experience • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different departments • Agility, proactivity, and a sense of urgency
