📋 Description

• Issue and prepare contracts and learning kits • Act as an intermediary between the company and service units/consultants regarding changes to corporate tax registration numbers, new branches, address changes, and other registration details • Request the opening of classes for hiring apprentices, add vacation periods, and issue addenda or other required documents • Guide companies, educational institutions, and young people on using the apprentice attendance platform, accessing financial information, and using Zendesk to open support tickets • Open internal and external tickets to address requests from internal and external clients • Hire apprentices with disabilities and open tickets for the Inclui team • Create user accounts for access to the CIEE Portal to identify contacts at educational institutions, students, and companies via WhatsApp or telephone • Register students’ bank accounts and other required information • Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information • Work at CIEE, a nonprofit philanthropic organization that promotes apprenticeships, internships, and the inclusion of young people in the workforce

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Computer skills • Experience providing service to customers, students, and/or partner companies • Strong verbal communication skills • Courtesy and professionalism • Dynamism and initiative • Telephone customer service skills • Quick thinking • Exclusive position for a person with a disability (PwD)
