• Prepare feature and task descriptions, specifications, and supporting documentation • Track statuses, next steps, and follow-through on agreed decisions • Keep information flowing correctly so decisions are communicated clearly and executed as intended • Support product discovery and delivery • Prepare product, competitive, and market research • Gather and organize input from users and internal teams • Maintain decision logs • Analyze basic product data • Collaborate closely with the executive team and developers • Drive a clear, transparent communication process • Coordinate smaller initiatives end-to-end
• Hands-on experience in a product company, close to how features are built; support, marketing, QA, or similar experience counts • Basic understanding of the software development process • Organized and reliable approach • Ability to gather scattered information and structure it clearly • Ability to deliver on commitments • Receptiveness to feedback • Ability to proactively flag risks and gaps and provide recommendations • Conversational Polish expected • Nice to have: experience with Mixpanel, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar tools • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SEO, search engines, content, or AI
