📋 Description

• Administer, support, and enhance the observability environment • Monitor infrastructure, systems, and applications • Analyze incidents, metrics, events, availability, and performance • Administer and use monitoring tools • Administer and support Zabbix • Create and maintain templates, items, triggers, discovery rules, actions, and dashboards • Develop customized monitoring solutions • Collect metrics using agents, SNMP, IPMI, scripts, and other methods • Administer and use SolarWinds/Orion • Use Dynatrace to analyze and monitor the environment • Create and maintain Grafana dashboards • Integrate different data sources and use APIs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring, administering, and supporting Zabbix • Knowledge of Zabbix architecture and components • Experience with SolarWinds/Orion • Experience with Dynatrace, particularly analyzing metrics, events, availability, and performance • Knowledge of networking • Knowledge of servers • Knowledge of API-based integration • Experience with different metric collection methods • Knowledge of Grafana, including dashboards, queries, variables, filters, and data-source integration • Ability to use different monitoring tools in a complementary manner • Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 1–3 years of professional experience
