📋 Description

• Understand credit card operational processes, systems and routines, identifying opportunities and recommending improvements • Manage outstanding issues and deadlines • Lead meetings with third parties, business partners and executive management • Develop and improve data extraction and handling processes • Identify opportunities through analysis • Map processes and flowcharts with a strategic perspective to recommend innovations • Promote integration among impacted professionals and companies • Maintain effective communication and resolve conflicts • Align directly with the client regarding delivery expectations and potential setbacks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in any field; degree in Process Management preferred • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Visio or Bizagi • 3–5 years of professional experience • Strong reasoning skills and clear communication • Ability to present and take a position in meetings with executives and other departments • Analytical mindset and critical thinking for process evaluation • Proactivity, adaptability and organizational skills • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
