📋 Description

• Manage and process accounts payable, ensuring deadlines are met; • Receive, verify and record invoices in the system (SAP); • Monitor and control payments with Finance and internal departments; • Manage invoice tracking spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy; • Serve as the focal point for invoice-related requests; • Support budget and expense control for the Marketing area; • Ensure compliance with financial and tax schedules, avoiding penalties, interest or account blocks; • Liaise with various internal teams to align information and deadlines; • Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Experience with administrative and/or financial routines, focused on accounts payable; • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation); • Good verbal and written communication; • Organized, analytical profile with a strong focus on meeting deadlines; • Knowledge of SAP is a plus; • Experience with invoice payment and control; • Familiarity with Power BI tools is desirable
