📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and coordinating hub between Creative Team members, Project Management team members, and clients • Manage and deliver creative digital marketing projects and solutions from inception to completion • Manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects, and multidisciplinary teams to meet client marketing objectives • Support the Creative Project Manager team with oversight and trafficking of tasks and activities • Manage concurrent projects and cross-functional team members using Asana • Manage Group Boards and Sprint Planners and track workflows • Maintain deliverable trackers and current statuses for creative deliverables • Provide progress reports and updates to internal teams and client stakeholders • Communicate timelines and manage client feedback timelines to ensure on-time delivery • Organize client assets within Power Digital’s structure • Support internal communications and triage requests from Account Managers • Coordinate task trafficking and workflows between Creative PM and Creative teams • Coordinate with other Project Managers to manage dependencies and align client support • Establish project management best practices and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms; Asana required • Familiarity with digital creative environments such as Figma or Adobe is a plus • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and execution and facilitate multiple simultaneous projects in a high-pressure environment • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Tenacity to solve internal and client problems quickly • Process-driven, highly organized, and methodical with excellent time management skills • Strong business ethics and political awareness • Enthusiastic, committed, flexible, and open to organizational change • Self-starter able to think independently and work autonomously • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required
