📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and coordinating hub between Creative Team members, Project Management, and clients • Manage and deliver creative digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion • Manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects, and multidisciplinary teams to meet client marketing objectives • Keep stakeholders updated on progress and resolve project challenges while maintaining timelines and quality • Support Creative Project Manager oversight and trafficking of tasks through the creative production process • Manage concurrent projects and cross-functional team members using Asana • Manage Group Boards and Sprint Planners and track workflows • Maintain deliverable trackers and current creative deliverable statuses • Provide progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders • Communicate timelines and feedback deadlines to clients • Organize client assets within Power Digital’s structure • Support internal communications and triage requests from Account Managers • Coordinate task trafficking and workflows between Creative Project Management and the Creative department • Coordinate with Project Managers on multi-channel clients, dependencies, timelines, and client support

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required • Minimum of three years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms; Asana required • Familiarity with digital creative environments such as Figma or Adobe is a plus • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization, execution, and simultaneous project facilitation in a high-pressure environment • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to solve internal and client problems quickly • Process-driven, highly organized, methodical, and capable of excellent time management • Strong business ethics and political awareness • Enthusiastic, committed, flexible, and open to promoting organizational change • Self-starter able to think independently and work autonomously
