📋 Description

• Process access, license and entitlement requests in the ticketing system within SLA, with the correct approval captured on every request • Structure and maintain Okta entitlements, including group-based and role-based access, app assignment rules, and cleanup of individual assignments • Track SaaS application seat counts and utilization, reclaim unused seats, flag over-provisioning, and partner with Operations to keep license counts within budget • Run periodic access reviews • Support onboarding of acquired teams through access mapping, entitlement design, and license consolidation • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Meet access-request, license-spend, entitlement-hygiene, access-review, offboarding, and user-satisfaction KPIs • Perform other applicable or related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an IT helpdesk, IT support or identity/access support role • Familiarity with Okta (or another identity provider) user, group and application administration • Comfortable in spreadsheets: reconciling license counts, utilization and cost data • Experience working in a ticketing system and following approval workflows • Vendor management experience is a plus • Detail-oriented with clear written communication; comfortable saying "not yet" politely when an approval is missing • Advanced spoken and written English (B2 or higher) • Availability overlapping US business hours
