📋 Description

• Develop projects using statistical modeling, ML, or AI tools appropriate to each project, with the aim of driving continuous improvement, increasing productivity at scale, optimizing processes, and improving reliability in industrial operations • Map, structure, and manipulate internal and external databases using appropriate analytics tools • Lead digital transformation projects by connecting Engineering, Automation, Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence • Structure, contextualize, and analyze data from equipment, sensors, historians, and industrial systems • Implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence use cases focused on predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality, energy, and productivity • Monitor and improve the performance of statistical, ML, and AI models; troubleshoot code- or data-related issues • Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to transform industrial challenges into scalable solutions • Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and architectures focused on Industry 4.0, Industrial Analytics, and AI • Ensure measurable impact through KPIs such as OEE, savings, cost avoidance, quality, energy, availability, and ROI • Develop and present reports for business teams and managers to support decision-making • Support business teams in interpreting results and improvement recommendations • Conduct exploratory analyses and promote a data-driven culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; or in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science applied to Industry • Intermediate English proficiency • Knowledge of Python, SQL, and databases • Knowledge of predictive modeling, time series, anomaly detection, and classification and regression models (ML) • Knowledge of Industrial Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, and Industrial Copilots is a plus • Knowledge of applied statistics and industrial process optimization is a plus • Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus • Experience with Industry 4.0, Industrial Digitalization, Industrial Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, Energy Efficiency, and Process Optimization projects is a plus
