📋 Description

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments. • Work with IIS, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, and Java application servers. • Troubleshoot applications, services, connectivity, SSL/TLS certificates, security, performance, and availability issues. • Publish and maintain applications. • Use APM tools, preferably Datadog, to analyze performance and incidents. • Develop and maintain scripts and automations for installation, configuration, validation, health checks, deployments, evidence collection, and operational routines. • Participate in environment changes by performing impact and risk analyses, implementation planning, validation, and rollback activities. • Resolve incidents and problems, conduct root cause analysis, and follow through until the environment is stabilized. • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge bases. • Contribute to the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and middleware processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification. • Professional experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments. • Knowledge of middleware and Java application servers. • Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, certificates, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of shell scripting and/or PowerShell. • Ability to analyze logs, processes, resource consumption, and connectivity issues. • Experience working in production environments and handling incidents and changes. • Preferred: experience with WebSphere or WebLogic. • Preferred: knowledge of Datadog/APM. • Preferred: experience with automation and deployment tools. • Preferred: knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, or Kubernetes. • Preferred: experience with high-availability and mission-critical environments.
