📋 Description

• Own search experience strategies and workflow for assigned clients from A to Z • Develop and execute SEO, GEO/AEO, and content strategies to achieve client goals • Optimize content and conduct keyword research • Assign deliverables to support resources and review returned work for quality, accuracy, and brand voice • Complete monthly and quarterly reports connecting organic search efforts to client goals and KPI performance • Maintain internal and external tracking documents and keep deliverable status and QA notes visible in Asana/nova • Communicate proactively with account teams and clients and attend internal and client calls • Support the search testing roadmap and document test results • Build fluency in clients’ specific vertical growth patterns • Leverage Claude, nova, Asana, Slack, novaPulse, and Google Drive to manage workflow and support execution • Achieve 100% on-time delivery of assigned deliverables and launches • Complete and adopt Power Circuit and Omega R&Rs across assigned accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an organic search role, including internship or other experience; client-facing experience is a plus • Basic to foundational understanding of search experience, including SEO and GEO, on-page, technical, and off-page search, and connections to business goals • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound, and Screaming Frog • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables across client accounts • Fast learner with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and cooperative team-player attitude • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing settings • Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools in daily workflow, or eagerness to build fluency quickly • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required
