📋 Description

• Create and execute comprehensive social media campaign strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences • Develop and manage influencer programming, including identifying, vetting, and slating talent and creators • Negotiate influencer partnerships, communicate deliverables, oversee execution through completion, and report performance • Manage multiple client accounts independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines • Craft on-brand social copy, creative, influencer campaign plans, and briefs • Use prior performance to drive strategic changes and incorporate relevant social trends • Create and implement monthly content calendars • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional initiatives • Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to clients • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and ensure adoption of Power Circuit for assigned clients • Own QA processes, account performance, deliverables, and client retention KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred) • Current knowledge of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, with examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies • Proven track record managing social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries • Experience crafting and maintaining unique client brand voices and tones • Proven history developing and managing social campaigns that drove impactful results across varied KPIs • Proficiency leveraging data and analytics to refine and optimize social strategies • Highly self-motivated and capable of independently developing, executing, and managing social media strategies while delivering exceptional results
