📋 Description

• Build autonomous Inbox-Agents triggered by new events inside tickets • Build templates customers can use to train Inbox-Agents • Design agent escalation behavior and ensure agents follow processes • Develop harness engineering for agents with 100+ tools • Decide what belongs in system prompts versus skills • Improve the custom knowledge base and its collective-brain capabilities • Improve AI knowledge-base search through tools, system prompts, and skills • Build voice agents on LiveKit for phone calls • Develop LLM infrastructure, including model selection, caching, streaming, retries, context compaction, RAG optimization, usage tracking, cost reduction, and evaluations • Work across the TypeScript stack, including Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Vercel AI SDK, and Convex Agent Component • Work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks • Ship agentic features used by real customers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • More than 2 years of experience building production agents • Experience shipping AI-native agentic features used by real users • Opinions and experience regarding retrieval, evaluations, tool design, and frontier-model limitations • Builder-first mindset and willingness to ship quickly • Up to date with new AI models and research • Writes almost all code with AI • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks • Performs well under performance pressure • Quick learner and generalist rather than specialist • Strong production experience with AI agents • TypeScript-based development experience • Familiarity with Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Vercel AI SDK, Convex Agent Component, and LiveKit
