📋 Description

• Coordinate the entire proposal preparation process for Phase I–Phase IV studies, consulting, and other company services, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met • Review client materials and disseminate information to project teams, senior management, and sales leads • Identify information gaps, discrepancies, unique service requirements, and translate them into proposals and budgets • Coordinate proposal kickoff strategy meetings • Prepare, edit, and customize proposal text reflecting client needs and project team strategy • Develop full project budgets using an Excel-based costing tool and apply financial formulas to capture budget details and map them to client grids • Communicate, review, and negotiate with partners and vendors during proposal development • Develop change orders for ongoing studies, including budget development and justification • Communicate with clients to support change-order delivery and required adjustments • Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting, including financial analysis of budgeted studies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 1 year experience in proposal development in the life sciences arena • Outstanding written and verbal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to quickly shift priorities • Detail oriented, with a high focus on quality • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Travel for company meetings may be required on an as-needed basis; other travel is minimal and optional • Knowledge of the clinical research path from development to approval • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce
