📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, amendment agreements, and other legal agreements • Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects • Manage site contracting from contracting strategy through contract execution • Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams • Ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines • Participate in site contracting processes as a client-facing representative • Lead interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors • Manage, control, and track contract processes across the APAC region • Work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment • Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships • Handle time-sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Travel domestically and internationally on occasion, including overnight stays • This is not a line manager position

🎯 Requirements

• Strong relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts in the APAC region • Strong site budget negotiation experience • Experience within CRO, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is essential • Experience interacting with global institutions, with focus on APAC institutions • Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree • Equivalent experience ideally in a legal, scientific, or healthcare discipline • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations • Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors • Proficiency in setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations • Proficiency handling relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications • Fluency in English is preferred • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion
