• Collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned U.S.-based accounts • Visit clients regularly to assess needs, manage inventory, and upsell/cross-sell • Introduce new products, promotions, and samples • Support timely collections and assist with payment resolution • Partner with customers to improve planograms, shelf presence, and merchandising • Resolve customer issues promptly and document outcomes • Open new accounts and grow existing business across assigned territories • Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and cold calling • Share competitive insights and market feedback with leadership • Analyze sales data to improve wallet share and territory performance • Participate in trade shows, food demos, and local marketing events • Assist customers in adopting ordering technology and online platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field (required for TN eligibility) • 5+ years field sales experience in F&B, hospitality, wholesale distribution, or FMCG/CPG • Strong account management and new business development skills • Bilingual: English + Hindi required (Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, or Tamil a plus) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed • Prior wholesale distribution or food & beverage experience
