📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and lead generation initiatives. • Create and edit marketing content such as website copy, case studies, service brochures, newsletters, and other sales enablement materials. • Manage and maintain the company website, social media channels, and marketing automation platforms. • Coordinate vendor co-marketing initiatives and manage co-op marketing programs with technology partners. • Support the sales team by creating marketing collateral, proposal templates, and lead nurturing campaigns. • Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities. • Manage the company's online reputation by generating customer reviews and collecting client testimonials. • Monitor and report marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates. • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that support business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, or IT services environments. • Strong content writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences. • Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. • Hands-on experience with website content management systems such as WordPress. • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express. • Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign management. • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising. • Experience with HubSpot, ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar CRM/PSA platforms is an advantage. • Familiarity with MSP vendors, technology partner programs, or co-op marketing initiatives is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
