📋 Description

• **🔑 Key Responsibilities:** • **Backend Focus:** • - Maintain HubSpot data hygiene including cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing database optimization. • - Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations. • - Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing teams. • - Ensure accuracy of data across contacts, companies, deals, and activities. • - Support backend workflows, automation improvements, and configuration updates. • - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards. • - Uphold best practices for data management and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • **Light Front-End Support:** • - Assist with basic pipeline updates, property adjustments, or minor configuration needs. • - Provide occasional support on lead management tasks such as assignment rules, list updates, or routing adjustments. • - Help troubleshoot small user-related issues within the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• **💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise** • - Experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Specialist, or similar role. • - Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM especially reporting, workflows, and data management. • - Certification in HubSpot Reporting, Revenue Operations, or similar HubSpot credentials is a strong advantage. • - Excellent attention to detail with a passion for clean and organized data. • - Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot platform issues. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • - Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • **Nice-to-Have** • - Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing operations. • - Familiarity with HubSpot APIs or integration tools like Zapier, Make, or SyncApps.
