• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. • Partner with US-based clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates. • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards to source and engage global talent. • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience. • Provide regular recruitment insights and updates to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or international recruitment (preferably for US clients). • Strong understanding of global hiring practices and technical/non-technical roles. • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Ability to work during US EST hours (5 PM – 1 AM SAST). • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
