📋 Description

• Perform month-end close responsibilities for global ProSOC revenue and COGS, License & Subscriptions revenue and COGS, and other revenue and COGS • Perform complex deferred revenue calculations • Bifurcate revenue and costs across multiple service offerings • Provide critical accounting support in GL accounting and financial analysis • Determine accounting treatment and classification for Leave/PTO balances, benefits, and complex revenue streams • Back up the Senior Accountant in India by processing the complex commission payment plan across multiple sales roles • Work closely with Accounts Receivable on contract interpretation, billing, and revenue collection • Ensure the security, availability, and confidentiality of sensitive data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • CPA and/or Master’s degree a strong plus • 2+ years deferred revenue work with a SaaS-based firm including ASC606 expertise • 5+ years international accounting experience including work with multiple currencies and international accounting regulations • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures • Advanced problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and graphical representations • Strong ERP system experience including configuration work, preferably NetSuite • Ability to identify problems before they arise and create innovative solutions
