• Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. • Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives. • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers. • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth. • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership. • Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritize and manage time to achieve sales targets. • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market customers. • Ideally experience in ProServ. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role. • Strong ability to manage multiple deals and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • MBA is a plus. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
