📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic management and development of existing customer relationships. • Support customers during onboarding and in the use of our software solutions. • Analyze requirements and identify optimization and growth opportunities. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention. • Coordinate customer inquiries and work closely with internal departments. • Identify optimization, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. • Maintain and document all relevant customer data in the CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, IT, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in selling SAP or ERP software. • Demonstrable track record of sales success. • Knowledge of SAP add-ons, extensions, or interfaces. • Good written and spoken English skills.
