📋 Description
• Support recruiting efforts to meet systemwide workforce needs. • Review applications and interview qualifying candidates. • Ensure strong candidate communication and movement during the hiring process. • Create requisitions and job postings. • Perform reference checks and coordinate/confirm interviews for potential employees.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree or combination of education and comparable work experience. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume talent acquisition role. • 2+ years of professional experience in a Human Resources role.
