📋 Description

• Llevarás procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end: desde el intake con el cliente, definición del perfil, estrategia de sourcing, entrevistas, hasta shortlist, ofertas y cierre. • Buscarás talento a través de LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite, boolean/X-ray, referidos y outreach directo. • Serás socio estratégico del cliente: liderarás reuniones de seguimiento, gestionarás feedback y alinearás expectativas. • Realizarás entrevistas estructuradas (por competencias o técnicas) y calificaciones con scorecards. • Mantendrás pipelines saludables en el ATS, con información actualizada, notas y métricas claras (Time-to-Shortlist, Submittal-to-Hire, Fill Rate).

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiters con +6 meses de experiencia en selección • Inglés avanzado o nativo • Experiencia en selección • Capacidad de autogestión y enfoque en resultados • Pasión por el reclutamiento y ganas de formar parte de una red global
