Description

• Develop a territory management plan and build a pipeline of opportunities in the territory • Take responsibility as the primary Promethean point of contact for the relationship with your customers • Develop business with new and existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Develop, maintain, and grow sales prospects and new opportunities with new and current customers in the territory with the purpose of increasing revenue, margin, and market share • Be able to articulate the Promethean value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of Promethean solutions either face to face or remotely or both • Work together with the Marketing department on activities to drive revenue from your assigned territory • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships • Forecast and track key account metrics including pipeline management, pricing actions, demonstration activity, marketing activity, sales reporting, competitive activity etc

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of selling experience in either the education or technology markets • Experience of selling through a distribution channel • Knowledge of the education market • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM system • Excellent communication skills and can work with resellers, educators, and decision-makers • Travel is required - Monday to Thursday weekly • Must reside in Ohio or Indiana to cover both regions
