• Responsible for developing the company’s sales in the Los Angeles/Hawaii territory • Building and closing a pipeline of opportunities in the designated territory • Developing and managing Promethean’s relationship with customers in the territory • Educating customers on the nature and benefits of Promethean’s offerings • Working together with the Marketing department on activities to drive revenue from the assigned territory
• Degree level preferred but not essential • 3 – 5 years of selling experience in either the education or technology markets • Experience of selling through a distribution channel • Knowledge of the education market • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM system • Excellent communication skills and can work with resellers, educators, and decision-makers • Travel is required
