📋 Description

• Coordinate events and webinars across speakers, vendors, registrations, materials, promotion, logistics, and lead capture • Ensure events are prepared, run smoothly, and receive timely post-event follow-up from Sales • Support regional EMEA marketing activities aligned with the marketing plan and Sales needs • Respond to regional requests, remove blockers, and incorporate market feedback into campaigns and events • Maintain campaigns, calendars, projects, and deliverables • Use marketing tools and reporting to track sign-ups, form fills, MQLs, and event performance • Help optimize marketing activities and generate more Sales opportunities across EMEA • Work closely with the EMEA regional marketer and global marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar support role • Based in Germany or the Netherlands • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and with a remote manager • A proactive, self-starter mindset - comfortable identifying blockers and keeping work moving without being asked • Genuine interest in working cross-functionally with sales and the global marketing team to drive results • Exposure to B2B SaaS, construction, mining, or other industrial/field environments is a plus • Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing work is a strong plus
