• Make outbound calls, send emails/texts, prospect on social media, and conduct follow-ups to connect with new leads • Qualify prospects and clearly communicate our value proposition • Manage and organize pipeline in the CRM (GoHighLevel) • Schedule and hand off calls to closers or conduct demos depending on lead readiness • Document all touchpoints and maintain accurate CRM notes • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine the outbound strategy and hit team goals • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales opportunities
• 1+ years of outbound or commission-based sales experience • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required) • Comfortable speaking on the phone, sending emails, and engaging in live chat/text • Proven ability to manage pipelines and follow up consistently • Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a team-first attitude • Open to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement
