• Contact prospective customers by phone regarding 24-hour care services • Assess their needs, conduct conversations with empathy and professionalism, and focus on converting inquiries into customers • Document call details

🎯 Requirements

• Freelancer available for 20 hours per week • Reliable, empathetic, and assertive • Fluent German at native-speaker level • Enjoy speaking on the phone; strong communication and closing skills • Proficient in Excel • Structured and well-organized approach to work • Working hours on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00; no deviations are possible
