📋 Description

• Evaluate decisions made by the approval decision model (approved vs. denied) • Compare model decisions with medical feedback and justifications • Identify discrepancies between rules and clinical practice • Review and adjust the model's written rules • Document changes and clinical/analytical rationale • Propose improvements to increase accuracy and consistency • Support the standardization of decision criteria • Use BI and visualization tools to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data analysis or process review • Experience with decision models, business rules, or automated systems • Experience in quality review or model validation • Strong ability to interpret technical documents (medical reports, opinions) • Logical reasoning and attention to detail • Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies • Clear writing skills for documenting rules and decisions • Data analysis skills: SQL and Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Experience in healthcare (medical auditing, regulation, payers) — desirable • Familiarity with clinical guidelines or medical protocols — desirable
