📋 Description

• Independently perform Function Point Analysis (APF/NESMA) counts and SNAP measurements for deliverables • Analyze and compare measurements performed by the client, identifying and addressing discrepancies greater than 5% • Prepare technical challenges, including calculation details and supporting evidence, within the contractual deadline of five business days • Ensure the documentation, history, and traceability of completed measurements • Support productivity model calibration based on actual measurement data • Support Planning and Management with capacity estimates, the definition of eligible items, and deliverable classification • Participate in requirements analysis and classify functionalities according to APF and SNAP criteria • Contribute to improving measurement, estimation, and productivity processes by applying Business Analysis knowledge and agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Active CFPS (Certified Function Point Specialist) and/or CSP (Certified SNAP Professional) certification • Hands-on experience with Function Point Analysis (APF) • Knowledge of the NESMA methodology • Experience performing independent Function Point counts • Knowledge of and practical experience with SNAP for non-functional sizing • Ability to analyze and challenge measurements performed by third parties • Experience identifying and justifying measurement discrepancies • Ability to prepare well-founded technical challenges • Experience with count documentation, supporting evidence, and traceability • Experience as a Business Analyst • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Experience with software productivity metrics and estimation • Experience in software factory contracts, outsourcing, or environments where Function Points are used for measurement and billing
