📋 Description

• Lead and manage business development initiatives in your region to rapidly expand networks of clinical research sites, hospitals, and medical centers. • Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders. • Plan and execute market expansion strategies to scale regions efficiently while ensuring alignment with MO1’s global objectives. • Represent Milestone One at international meetings, conferences, and networking events. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, operational efficiency, and consistent communication of MO1’s strategic vision. • Support the other Manager Business Development to enable cross-regional continuity and synergy. • Mentor and guide team members to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture. • Monitor KPIs, report on progress, and proactively address risks or barriers to growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, including leading teams and scaling operations within clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors. • Experience working in SMO (Site Management Organization) – preferably within an international or global scope – is a strong advantage. • Proven track record in rapidly developing regions, building large networks of medical institutions, and driving business growth. • Strong strategic thinking and project execution skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Fluent English (C1 level or higher); other languages are an asset. • Collaborative, professional, and results-driven, with the ability to inspire teams and partners. • Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
