📋 Description

• Support the Senior Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Titration Leadership Team with administrative tasks related to the titration service. • Act as a point of contact for patient and prescriber queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate. • Assist in the coordination and administration of prescriber onboarding, inductions, and routine processes. • Carry out administrative tasks relating to patient care within the titration pathway, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Use the PUK Patient Portal to schedule appointments, update records, and manage communications. • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling and minute-taking where required. • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal systems in line with PUK processes. • Assist with data collection and basic reporting to support service monitoring and improvement. • Manage and complete allocated tasks within PUK systems, ensuring they are actioned or escalated appropriately. • Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders via email and telephone. • Prioritise workload effectively, adapting to changing service demands. • Participate in supervision, personal development reviews, and mandatory training. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUK processes and procedures, raising concerns or incidents as appropriate.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
