📋 Description

• Develop an exhaustive understanding of German Public Sector Customers (FED/SLED) and their decision-making drivers • Connect technology solutions, including the Everpure Storage portfolio and ecosystem solutions, to measurable customer business outcomes • Partner with account managers, specialists, and SI partners to create customer experience and sales strategies that drive revenue growth and new business • Promote the advantages of Everpure Storage solutions • Refine sales strategy and tactics while taking technical responsibility • Provide technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive NAS, SAN, and Object/S3 offerings • Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations • Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers and prospective accounts • Capture requirements and translate customer business needs into innovative solutions • Author and contribute to German Public Sector RFP responses • Seek opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing and validation • Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges • Collaborate with product and technical marketing to produce whitepapers and web presentations • Monitor competition, market trends, and the competitive landscape to support differentiated solution positioning and thought leadership • Model Everpure values: Persistence, Creativity, Teamwork, Ownership, and Customer-first

🎯 Requirements

• Pre-sales experience with German Public Sector customers is required • 5 or more years of relevant experience across technology, design, and communications • Strong file skills with NFS and SMB protocols • ONTAP NFS Administration or NetApp NCDA certifications are mentioned • Experience supporting enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software sales to German Public Sector or enterprise accounts • Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing architecture, design, and implementation • Familiarity with modern web architecture, including LAMP, scale-out versus scale-up architectures, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and microservices • Experience targeting new prospects and converting them into clients • Experience contributing to or leading German Public Sector RFP responses • Superior knowledge of storage architectures including FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN, and Object/S3 • Experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environments • Experience installing and configuring distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory, storage subsystems, shared memory, cache, and windowing systems • Strong knowledge of cloud-native digital transformation, on-premises systems, public cloud, provisioning automation, and containers • Knowledge of VMware, LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures is a plus • Familiarity with storage-intensive applications and structured databases such as SQL and Oracle is highly desirable • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills • German language proficiency at Level C2 is required • Creativity, empathy, open-mindedness, curiosity, and continuous-learning mindset
